The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputable regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses (RNs) for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for RNs who want to expand their cardiac nursing expertise while caring for complex patients in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You'll care for patients with conditions including post-operative open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while gaining hands-on experience with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips.

What You'll Do
Provide safe, compassionate care to high-acuity cardiac and medical patients
Monitor complex patients and manage multiple drips
Care for patients with chest tubes and central lines
Assess patients and recognize changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting
What We're Looking For
Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility through a compact license
BLS and ACLS certification
Experienced RNs and new graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills Excellent teamwork and communication
