Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Cardiology to provide patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit.
Key Responsibilities
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to nursing standards.
Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment needs.
Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Developing and communicating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
Participating in professional development activities.
Qualifications And Skills
Current RN licensure.
Preferred: BSN degree and Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness at all times.
