Job description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Cardiology to join the Cardiac/Telemetry Unit.
Key Responsibilities Include
Providing individualized bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning.
Participating in hourly patient rounding and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
Supervising healthcare team members and potentially serving as shift charge nurse.
Assessing, planning, delegating, and evaluating patient care effectiveness.
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in cardiac, telemetry, or stepdown units.
Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a valid RN license in the state.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and basic computer proficiency.
Preferred: BSN degree, experience in CVICU or ICU, and certifications such as CPR or ACLS.
