Registered Nurse (RN) Cart Nurse

Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider located in Batavia, New York, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Cart Nurse to join our team. As a Cart Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while working in a vibrant and dynamic environment that is committed to excellence.
Registered Nurse (RN) Cart Nurse Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
Document resident progress and maintain accurate medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
Registered Nurse (RN) Cart Nurse Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of New York
Prior experience as a RN
Strong clinical skills and understanding of nursing principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
