This is a remote position requiring the teammate to support both ESKD and CKD patients throughout CA, OR and Washington as needed.
The teammate must be based in Northern California, Salem/Portland, Oregon, or Seattle/Tacoma, Washington , with flexibility to reside in a surrounding city. The role will support markets across these states, and travel throughout the assigned territory is required.
The teammate must hold a valid RN license in California, Oregon, and Washington , or be willing to obtain licensure in any one of these states where they are not currently licensed. Territory assignments may change based on business needs.
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Flexibility is required to accommodate patient needs and nephrology partner availability.
