Registered Nurse – Cath Lab
$120,000 - $160,000 Per Year
$20,000 RETENTION BONUS
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time. Primary shift: 0630–1730 (volume-dependent variability)
Location: Montana (Relocation Assistance Provided)
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to join a high-quality, patient-centered hospital team in a welcoming Montana community situated between two world-class national parks. This role is integral to ensuring safe, effective cardiac procedural care in a collaborative environment where teamwork and compassionate patient outcomes drive everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure proper performance and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment
Assess patient needs and promote high-quality patient care throughout procedures
Provide and maintain a safe surgical environment while circulating
Collaborate with Cardiologists, Cath Lab Manager, and Anesthesia teams
Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical statusMaintain accurate documentation and manage electronic records
Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions
Flex hours to cover shifts as procedural volume demands, including call
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
Minimum 2 years of critical care experience (required)
Current RN licensure (required)
Current BLS and ACLS Certification (required)
Strong knowledge of professional nursing and coronary care nursing practices
