The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI to recruit Registered Nurses (RNs) for a high-acuity clinical environment.

What Youll Do
* Provide safe, compassionate care to high-acuity patients
* Manage complex patient assignments and changing clinical conditions
* Monitor patients and recognize changes requiring intervention
* Provide cardiac, critical care, and advanced nursing care
* Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
* Support and mentor newer nurses
* Contribute to quality improvement and positive patient outcomes
What Were Looking For
* Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility
* BLS certification
* RN experience in Critical care, ICU, IMCU, step-down, progressive care, telemetry, or a similar high-acuity setting
* Cardiac care experience preferred
* Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
* Nurses with leadership or preceptor experience are encouraged to apply
