nWhat You'll Do
nAs an RN Clinical Manager , you'll provide both clinical leadership and hands-on support to our home health team. You'll serve as a trusted resource for field clinicians while ensuring patients receive the highest quality care.
nIn this role, you will:
nnnLead, mentor, and support home health clinicians
n
nnConduct in-home patient visits, assessments, and clinical evaluations
n
nnProvide clinical oversight for patient care and case management
n
nnCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized care plans
n
nnMonitor quality outcomes, compliance, and documentation standards
n
nnSupport onboarding, education, coaching, and performance development of clinical staff
n
nnEnsure compliance with Medicare regulations, OASIS requirements, and agency policies
n
nnPromote outstanding patient experiences and clinical excellence
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
nRequired Qualifications
nnnCurrent Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
n
nnMinimum 2 years of recent field experience in a Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency
n
nnHome Health and OASIS experience required
n
nnStrong knowledge of case management and Medicare home health regulations
n
nnPrevious clinical leadership, supervisory, or oversight experience
n
nnExperience with quality assurance and regulatory compliance
n
nnExcellent clinical assessment, organizational, and critical thinking skills
n
nnStrong communication, leadership, and computer proficiency
n
nnAbility to prioritize, work independently, and lead with confidence
