$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | 7 AM to 7 PM | 12-Hour Shifts | Same-Day Pay

We're looking for compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Full-Time Day Shift nursing team.

What You'll Do
As an RN on our day shift team, you'll play an important role in providing compassionate, high-quality care while supporting our residents and nursing team.
You will:
Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise and support CNAs and other members of the nursing team
Communicate changes in condition to physicians, families, and nursing leadership
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
What We’re Looking For
Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Long-term care experience preferred
