We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about long-term care and committed to providing exceptional care in a skilled nursing environment. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with ExcelCare At Dover you will play a vital part in maintaining clinical excellence and resident well-being.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

Active RN license
