Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective nursing care to a defined patient population using the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments
Develop care plans
Implement interventions
Evaluate care effectiveness
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Contribute to staff education and orientation
Uphold patient care philosophy and pursue professional growth through continued education and involvement in professional organizations.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from an accredited nursing program with at least 2 years of relevant experience (floor or critical care).
Current RN license (Georgia or multi-state).
BLS certification is required; ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and applicable specialty certifications.
Additional Details
Flexibility to work various shifts, including every other weekend and select holidays.
