Job description
Registered Nurses (RN) - Currently looking for 3PM to 11pM shift.
Exciting news to announce at Casa de Ramana - new wages! Range from $44.00 to $58.50 per hour with differentials.
Per Diem - $51.00 plus differential.
Sign on Bonus of $6000 ( Prorated for part time)

As theRegistered Nurse, RN, forCasa de Ramana your essential job responsibilities include:
Assessing the health care needs of the resident, make a nursing diagnosis, transition this, through collaboration with the nursing team, into an interdisciplinary plan of care utilizing all resources available.
The ability to establish and maintain functional communications with staff, other disciplines, residents, families, medical staff and community.
A broad scope of knowledge commiserates with her/his experience to be able to address the needs of the medically complex as well as the mentally compromised residents.
The knowledge to assess the effect of medications and treatments and monitor these effects to provide appropriate feedback.
The ability to lead and direct the nursing staff in the safe, effective delivery of care.
Knowledge of and is able to apply knowledge regarding the protection of resident rights, and the treatment of residents, staff and community with respect and dignity. Treating resident and facility property and information with honesty, confidentiality and respect.
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN) :
A current unencumbered RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Proficiency in basic computer skills including an electronic health record, PCC is a plus!
