AMG Specialty Hospital-Lafayette isoffering up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus* for Full Time Registered Nurses, RN for Night Shifts with ICU/LTAC experience and 2 years minimum experience!
Some of the medicalconditions that are commonly treated include but are not limited to;Respiratory Failure requiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap,and nasal cannula. Depending on the complexity of these patients, they canrequire sedation/pain management, pressor management, andcardiac/anti-arrhythmic management. Complicated infections requiring long-termIV antibiotics. Chronic non-healing wounds requiring extensive treatmentwith wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. RN'swillberesponsible for direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acutecare setting. Ability to communicate with physicians, CCO/co-workers, asappropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results ofdiagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately tochanges in conditionor response to treatment. Additionally, is able toperform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Shift Differentials are paid for all Night and Weekend Shifts!
*$10,000 Sign-On Bonus or Tuition Reimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistant Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.

Job Requirements
Graduate of anaccredited school of nursing.
Current LouisianaRegistered Nurse Licensure unencumbered.
ICU/Criticalcare/LTAC experience is required for Sign-On Bonus.
Current BLScertification.
Current ACLScertification.
Able to communicateeffectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to readand communicate effectively in English.
