Full Time: 7pm-7:30am

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Haida Nursing and Rehab in Hastings, Pennsylvania. About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Haida Nursing and Rehab, your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements
Current RN license and certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
