Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Part-Time Per Diem
nAssisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on a part-time, per diem basis. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys a combination of hands-on clinical nursing, client assessments, care coordination, caregiver supervision, and administrative responsibilities.
nThe RN Supervisor will oversee client care services and caregiver personnel while helping ensure that clients receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

nJob Type: Part-Time, Per Diem
nPay: $45.00 per hour
nMileage: $0.45 per mile
nService Area: Cudahy, St. Francis, Oak Creek, and Southern Milwaukee
nSchedule: Per diem / as needed
nResponsibilities
nPerform client assessments and evaluate clients' care needs.
nDevelop and update individualized client care plans.
nCoordinate client care with families, caregivers, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
nTrain, coordinate, and supervise caregiver staff.
nMonitor client care and review caregiver progress notes.
nConduct in-home visits with clients and families.
nPerform physical assessments as needed.
nEnsure client and employee records are complete and compliant with applicable requirements.
nHelp maintain regulatory and documentation compliance.
nProvide guidance and support to caregivers regarding client care needs.
nWork closely with the owner and management team to assess and address the overall clinical and operational needs of the business.
nSupport the delivery of safe, consistent, and high-quality home care services.
nQualifications
nCurrent and valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
nNo current disciplinary actions against the RN license.
nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.
nMinimum of 1 year of home care experience.
nMinimum of 1 year of nursing supervisory experience.
nStrong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
nStrong customer service and relationship-building skills.
nExcellent organizational and documentation skills.
nDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
nComfortable conducting client and family visits in the community.
nMust be able to travel to Cudahy, St. Francis, Oak Creek, and Southern Milwaukee.
