Job description
CenterWell Home Health, part of Humana Inc., is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled in-home care to seniors and adults with chronic conditions. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans that promote safety, recovery, and independence at home.
