Job description
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice contract in Tucson, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to join a compassionate care team dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care and support to patients and their families.
Job Details
- Coverage Area: Tucson, Oracle, San Manuel, Mammoth, Oro Valley, Saddlebrooke, Marana, Picture Rocks, and Casas Adobes
- Contract Length: Three-month contract, possibility of an extension
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $53.00 - $55.90 per hour, mileage reimbursement
- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 hours
- On-Call Requirement: None
Responsibilities
- Manage a hospice caseload of approximately 18-22 patients
- Complete routine, PRN, and end-of-life nursing visits
- Perform hospice admissions and comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to manage patient visits independently
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Hospice experience
- Case management experience
- Strong end-of-life care and symptom management skills
- Experience working with interdisciplinary care teams
Additional Information
- Required Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) License and CPR Certification

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
