We have multiple opportunities available including: - FT & PRN - Types of Roles: RN Case Manager, Admissions RN, After Hours RN, Visit RN - Schedules are 12 hour shifts with rotation of days - Territories include: Peoria, Pontiac, Bloomington, Ottawa, Pekin, Kewanee and surrounding Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 / year PLUS Gas Card/Auto Allowance, Full Benefits, PTO/Vacation, 401K with a match, and MORE!

What You Bring
Active RN license in the state of employment Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. One (1) year Hospice, home health or related organization experience preferred. Compassion for patients and families navigating end-of-life care Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in the field Excellent communication skills across care teams and families
