Registered Nurse (RN) - House Supervisor | Evening Shift
Full-Time | Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL
Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

RN Leadership & Admissions Role
Lead the Evening Nursing Team
Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to lead evening nursing operations and assist with resident admissions.
This position combines hands-on clinical leadership with admissions responsibilities, helping ensure smooth transitions for new residents while supporting the nursing team throughout the evening shift.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for evening nursing operations.
Complete nursing assessments and required documentation for new admissions.
Review admission records, physician orders, medications, and care needs.
Coordinate new admissions with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs throughout the facility.
Conduct rounds and respond to changes in resident condition, staffing needs, and emergencies.
Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Support accurate documentation, infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing - REQUIRED.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Previous nursing experience required.
Nursing Supervisor, House Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or other leadership experience preferred.
Admissions and skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
