Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
$20,000 Sign - On Bonus Commitment Two Years
Schedule: Full-Time Days - 7pm - 7am
Location: Person Memorial Hospital - Roxboro, NC

The ICU Department at Person Memorial Hospital offers RNs a supportive, patient-focused environment where teamwork and high-quality care are at the center of everything they do. Nurses care for a diverse patient population, build strong clinical skills, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams in a department that values professional growth, compassion, and meaningful patient connections.
How you'll contribute
As a vital member of our ICU Team , you will:
You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
* Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs.
* Use your clinical judgment and critical thinking to guide plan-of-care interventions.
* Support and enhance patient outcomes across various intensive care units.
* Be a proactive leader and innovator in patient care delivery.
* Work with advanced technologies and resources that empower exceptional care.

* What we're looking for
* Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
* Minimum Two (2) years of RN experience required.
* Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
