Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus Commitment Two Years
Schedule: Full-Time Days - 7am - 7pm
Location: Person Memorial Hospital - Roxboro, NC

The ICU Department at Person Memorial Hospital offers RNs a supportive, patient-focused environment where teamwork and high-quality care are at the center of everything they do. Nurses care for a diverse patient population, build strong clinical skills, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams in a department that values professional growth, compassion, and meaningful patient connections.
How you'll contribute
As a vital member of our ICU Team , you will:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs.
Use your clinical judgment and critical thinking to guide plan-of-care interventions.
Support and enhance patient outcomes across various intensive care units.
Be a proactive leader and innovator in patient care delivery.

What we're looking for
Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
Active North Carolina RN license (single state) or compact required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins
Must Have one year of RN experience for PRN
