As a full-time 0.9 FTE RN in Internal Medicine in La Crosse, you'll care for adult patients through telephone triage, anticoagulation management, and nurse-only visits that may include patient teaching, wound care, medication agreements, and more. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on helping patients manage acute and chronic conditions while making a meaningful impact in their day-to-day health and wellness.
What you will do:
0.9 FTE=72 hours/every two weeks
Work Monday-Friday; No weekends or holidays
8-hour shifts: 8:00am – 4:30pm and 8:30am-5:00pm (rotating days off)
Nurses provide telephone triage, patient education, assist with anticoagulation management and more

What you need:
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing
RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
RN licensure for Iowa and Minnesota within 3 months of hire
BLS for Healthcare Providers
