Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Labor and Delivery to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
Delivering top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process in Women and Infants units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Modeling proficiency through precepting and supporting new healthcare team members.
Contributing to a safe, evidence-based practice environment focused on quality and safety standards.
Qualifications And Skills Required
Graduate from an accredited nursing program if less than 3 years of experience.
Current RN licensure and relevant certifications such as NRP, ACLS, and BLS.
Minimum 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a designated fellowship.
Ability to work night shifts onsite, with pay dependent on experience.
