Job description
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting.
The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate services.
Supervise staff and delegate care responsibilities appropriately.
Support clinical leadership to maintain standards, staff competency, and resource management.
The position requires an RN license, graduate from an accredited nursing school, with BLS certification upon hire.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
Certifications such as ACLS, CPI, and PALS are required within specified timeframes for certain departments.
Additional responsibilities include adherence to hospital policies, standards of care, and legal requirements, particularly in a high-acuity environment like Labor and Delivery.
