Now Hiring: Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

All Shifts Available | Full-Time & Part-Time
Competitive Pay
LPN: $34/hour
RN: $39/hour
$2/hour bonus for no call-ins
Additional bonuses for picking up extra shifts
Available Shifts
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Summary
Allure Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve in a skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Participate in ongoing education and training
Qualifications
Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
