Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Shift Options
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM +$0.75/hour shift differential
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM +$1.00/hour shift differential

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Receive and transcribe physician orders
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Monitor resident health and communicate changes to physicians
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Promote resident dignity, privacy, and quality of care
Clinical Skills May Include
Wound care and dressing changes
Tube feedings
Catheter care
Suctioning
Colostomy and drainage care
Range of motion assistance
End-of-life care
Qualifications
Current Illinois RN or LPN License in good standing
CPR Certification required
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to make sound clinical decisions
