We currently have Per‑Diem openings for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Cambridge/Somerville and the surrounding area. Compensation for this position is $35 per visit for an RN or $30 per visit for an LPN with an expectation of two visits per hour on average.

Document and Reflect: At the end of your day, you submit your notes from home — ensuring every visit is recorded accurately, not just for compliance but for the next nurse who continues their care.

What We're Looking For
Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts.
One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
A drive to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care.
Reliable transportation for patient visits.
