Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skilled Nursing Facility
Job Summary:
Allure of Geneseo, a world-class skilled nursing facility, is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As a member of our skilled nursing staff, you will provide direct care to residents while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Available Shifts:
We offer Part-Time opportunities with available shifts, including a 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11pm, and 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Sign-on bonuses are available, with $2,500 for Part-Time positions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: up to $34 - $42 per hour (based on experience and license)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the physician or supervising nurse
Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, treatments, and observations
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive resident outcomes
Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards
Participate in in-services and continuing education
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
