Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care role, providing ongoing staffing in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities Include
Delivering comprehensive patient care in a specialized long-term acute care environment
Assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as needed
Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications And Skills Required
Valid RN license
Experience in long-term or acute care settings preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
