About This Role
The Registered Nurse - RN - Maternal Child Health Float position at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital involves providing compassionate care across various departments including Obstetrics, Labor & Delivery, NICU, and Pediatrics. This role is ideal for experienced nurses seeking a dynamic environment with flexible scheduling.

Facility: NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital
Schedule: Full-time, Night shift (7:30PM-8AM)
What You'll Do
Rotate between Obstetrics, Labor & Delivery, NICU, and Pediatrics.
Provide ante- through postpartum care to mothers and babies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Engage in shared clinical decision-making and support colleagues.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Experience
2+ years of acute care RN experience in Maternal Child Health preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Current New York State RN license
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification from National Certification Corporation (NCC) preferred
