Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical / Med-Surg Permanent Direct Hire Multiple Locations Hospital Opportunities

KA Recruiting is seeking compassionate, motivated Registered Nurses for permanent, direct-hire Medical-Surgical opportunities with healthcare organizations across the United States.

Job Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in patient status.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow hospital safety protocols.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment.
Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred; specific experience requirements vary by opening.
BLS certification and any additional certifications required by the employer.
