Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities
Provide and coordinate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies
Conduct initial patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document patient progress
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
