Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro and Complex Care Registered Nurse (Days & Nights)
Looking for a Med‑Surg role where you’re supported, valued, and part of a true team? Our community‑focused hospital in the east metro Atlanta area (near Covington and Lithonia) offers a close‑knit culture with the resources and technology of a modern medical center.
We’re hiring Med‑Surg RNs for both day and night shifts across three specialized units. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative environment where patient‑centered care comes first.
What You’ll Do
You’ll provide care across a wide range of patient populations, including:
Post‑operative and general medical
Cardiac and telemetry
Neuro, stroke, wound care, dialysis, diabetic management, and hospice
Each Med‑Surg unit has strong leadership, and part of our process includes meeting all three unit leaders so you can find the team that fits you best.
Schedule Options
Night shift (7p–7a)
Full‑time
Weekend Option — earn an additional 12 per hour for weekend‑only shifts
Compensation & Differentials
Base rate: 37 to 53 per hour (experience‑based)
Up to 12 extra per hour for weekend‑only roles
Qualifications
At least one year of Med‑Surg experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, team‑based approach
