Job Title:(RN) Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
AdviniaCare, a premier provider of senior lifestyle and care services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled 11-7 (RN) Registered Nurse to join our team. As a nurse at AdviniaCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing services to residents in our assisted living and skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and professional growth
Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Rhode Island
Experience as a Registered Nurse
Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
