Pay: $33.30–$41.85 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: $2.00 Nights additional
Shifts: 12 hour shifts Nights
Schedule Perk: Every other weekend OFF

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.
Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN)
As an RN , you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You’ll work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met through individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment
Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery
Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus
