What We Offer: As an Operating Room RN at Novant Health’s Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital, you’ll be trusted to deliver expert care to our patients during surgery.  From circulating, equipment set up, and managing the OR, your clinical skill, judgment, and adaptability will help drive safe, compassionate care where it matters most. 

This Full-Time role is ideal for experienced OR RNs looking to work within a high-performing, collaborative team with exposure to a wide range of orthopedic surgeries.

What We're Looking For: Education:

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

- If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

Experience: One year of acute nursing experience required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: 

- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.

What You'll Do: As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care that supports accurate diagnosis and effective treatment, helping patients heal with confidence and dignity or a peaceful transition.                                                    

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals facing urgent and emergent medical needs

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and stabilize patients

• Respond quickly and effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

• Prioritize patient safety and comfort during every phase of care

• Use critical thinking and clinical judgement to support positive outcomes
