You will build meaningful relationships with residents, use a wide range of clinical skills, and work alongside people who step in for one another and stay focused on excellent care.**What You’ll Do*** Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.* Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team members.* Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.* Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.* Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies and regulations.* Foster a respectful, positive, and resident-centered environment.**What You’ll Bring*** Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in Kansas.* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.* Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.* Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.**Benefits and Opportunities to Earn More**Full-time employees are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) and a strong benefits package designed to support health and financial well-being.
