Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skilled - Join Our Skilled Nursing Team

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. As an RN or LPN at Allure of Zion, you will provide resident-centered care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and report changes in resident condition, and support and guide our care staff. Our team-oriented environment is the perfect setting for those who thrive in a collaborative and supportive setting.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on, resident-centered care
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Support and guide CNAs in delivering high-quality care
Document care accurately in the EMR
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Requirements
Active Illinois RN or LPN license
Current CPR certification
Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
A compassionate and resident-first mindset
