Job description
Join Aurora Medical Center of Oshkosh, Inc., part of Advocate Aurora Health, as a Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative hospital environment. Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor clinical status, and document care accurately. Partner with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate services, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions. Help prevent infection, respond to changes in condition, and uphold clinical standards and patient privacy. An active Wisconsin RN license and BLS certification are typically required; relevant experience is preferred.
