About This Role
Adventist Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for their Rehabilitation Unit. This part-time position is ideal for new graduates looking to grow their skills while providing compassionate care.

Pay: $37 - $55/hour
Location: Rockville, MD
Facility: Adventist Rehabilitation
Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift
What You'll Do
Educate patients and families through the continuum of care.
Serve as role models to Level I nurses.
Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice.
Use equipment and technology correctly and delegate non-nursing duties.
Develop a plan of care according to patient population.
Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action.
Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care.
Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective.
Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice.
Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care.
Requirements
EducationGraduate of an accredited nursing program
Experience
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Licenses & Certifications
Current Maryland State nursing license
Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area
