Job description
Position Summary
The Staff Nurse demonstrates the knowledge and skill necessary to provide clinical care and supervise department partnerships to achieve positive patient outcomes.
The Staff Nurse demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life-span, and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the appropriate information required to identify needs of the patient relative to his/her age and condition.
Minimum Requirements
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Current license as a RN in the state of North Carolina.
Demonstrates competencies in nursing practice.
Basic computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Range
Staff Nurse (outpatient) hourly range > $30.00 - $43.73
Final compensation is determined at the offer stage.
Other Information
Location/Department: ECU Department of Surgery (outpatient) - Greenville, NC
This position is full-time (40hrs/week) - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with travel to Richlands, NC one Friday per month for outreach clinic
No nights, weekends, holidays or call
