About This Role
Adventist Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for their Float Pool Level II. This role is ideal for those who are committed to providing high-quality patient care and are looking for a flexible work schedule.

Pay : $60/hour
Location : Rockville, MD
Facility : Shady Grove Medical Center
Schedule : Per Diem, Days
What You'll Do
Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care at the bedside.
Document patient care and outcomes electronically.
Delegate tasks to non-licensed personnel.
Serve as a preceptor or mentor for new staff, externs, or students.
Participate in unit quality initiatives.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning.
Pursue professional development and growth.
Requirements
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Experience: 1 year of experience in a relevant clinical area
Licenses & Certifications: Current Maryland State nursing license
Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area
