Registered Nurse (RN) - Women’s Wellness Clinic | Ageless Women’s Health
Location: Biltmore clinic in Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, as needed | No nights, weekends, or on-call
Job Type: Per Diem, On-Site/In-Person
Pay: $40 hourly rate

Building on that same trusted foundation, we deliver a new standard of care for women through Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, and personalized wellness and concierge medicine - helping women look, feel, and live their best at every stage of life.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Phoenix and support our growing women’s health clinic.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
As an Ageless RN, you’ll play an essential role in helping women take charge of their health through hands-on clinical care, patient education, and long-term wellness relationships.
Daily responsibilities include:
Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.
Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
Administering and monitoring hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss treatments , including GLP-1 medications and other metabolic health protocols.
Supporting and performing wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and nutritional support programs.
Providing care within our concierge medicine offerings , including Pap smears, birth control management, lab work and blood testing, preventive health screenings, common illness management, STD/STI testing, and UTI testing .
Educating patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
Collaborating with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Contributing to a warm, patient-focused clinic culture built on empathy, professionalism, and trust.

You’re a great fit if you are:
Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
Skilled in blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular injections.
Passionate about women’s health, wellness, and hormone therapy.
Experienced in a clinic, outpatient, or women’s health setting.
A strong communicator who enjoys patient education and connection.
Excited to grow as a subject matter expert in hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and integrative wellness medicine.
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
Experience in women’s health, wellness, or hormone therapy (preferred)
Phlebotomy, IV, andinjection experience (highly preferred)
EMR proficiency and attention to detail
