Job Summary:
Premier Washington, a leading rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Washington, Pennsylvania, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Supervisor to join our team on our Night Shift. As a Registered Nurse RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
Identify and address any issues or concerns related to patient care or staff performance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 6 months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to positively influence others
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner
