Job Summary:
Springvale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Croton-On-Hudson, NY, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare team on the weekends. As a Registered Nurse RN Supervisor , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration among our staff.
Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse range of residents, including those with complex medical needs and those requiring short-term rehabilitation
Monitor and report changes in resident condition, and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes

Current RN License in the State of New York
Ability to work weekends : We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our weekend rotation
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Preferred.
