Job description
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Telemetry role.
Responsibilities Include
Providing direct clinical patient care and assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients.
Supervising clinical staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Coordinating patient care using a multidisciplinary approach.
Developing and modifying care plans based on patient condition.
Delivering nursing interventions consistent with medical plans.
Performing specialty procedures and accurately documenting all care provided.
Supporting resource management and maintaining clinical competency.
Qualifications Include
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current applicable state RN licensure and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NRP (specific to department roles), with some certifications required within three months of hire.
Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing.
Additional Information
