Job description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Telemetry to provide direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities Include
Assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a shift basis.
Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care tasks.
Coordinating patient care using a multidisciplinary approach and developing individualized plans of care.
Delivering nursing interventions aligned with medical plans.
Performing specialty procedures and accurately documenting all patient care activities.
Supporting high-quality, safe, and efficient nursing care while ensuring staff competency and resource management.
Qualifications And Skills
Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with current RN licensure in the applicable state.
Certification in BLS required upon hire; ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NRP required within specified timeframes or as applicable based on department.
Preferred academic degree in nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
