Schedule: 3x12+ Days (7a-7p) rotating weekends/rotating holidays

More About Our Team
Join our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry with a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:5/6. We are staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Monitor Techs providing care for patients for a mix of patients including Med/Surge. Our unit has 24/7 CNA coverage who work closely with the RNs as well as 24/7 cardiac monitoring. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment with rapid patient turnover while delivering high‑quality patient care in a strong team environment.
How You’ll Contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN), who excels in this role:
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

What We’re Looking For
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a degree from an accredited nursing school.
Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
One year of experience preferred.
