About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Developing and implementing individualized care plans for our residents
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our care services
