Nights Pay:

Ensures effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources. Maintains efficient department operations and patient care standards. Provides direct patient care as needed within scope of practice. Monitors patient care plans and directs necessary adjustments. Collaborates with physicians and staff to promote positive patient outcomes. Supports a safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care environment. Oversees staff performance and unit operations during assigned shift. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING # Current and valid state RN License # Previous one year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg setting required. # Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $56.00 to $64.00.
